When an ending becomes a new beginning…

Sometimes, what seems like the end is actually a new beginning.

Look at the image. A caterpillar, small and close to the ground, while its shadow already tells another story. It shows what is still to come: the butterfly it may one day become.

Sometimes life feels like that too.

We go through difficult moments. Times when we feel stuck, lost or unsure of what comes next. It can seem as if everything is falling apart or as if we have reached a dead end.

But perhaps it is not an ending at all.

Change happens before we can see it

Growth takes time. Change can be unsettling, especially when we do not yet know where it will lead.

But transformation often begins long before it becomes visible.

Something may already be changing beneath the surface, even while everything around us still seems the same.

Becoming something new

One day, we may look back and understand that the struggle was part of the journey.

That the moment we thought something was ending was actually the beginning of something different.

Something freer.

Something we could not yet imagine.
